Chef Dan Pascarella has spent the past 25 years working in kitchens and pizzerias across the U.S. Dan's U.S. and international travels and his passion for food--particularly Italian food--were the inspiration for starting his own mobile wood fired pizza and catering business.
Originally from Philadelphia where Italian restaurants are on every corner, Dan learned at an early age that to survive in a competitive market, he had to impress, and that to impress he had to serve a memorable product using fresh ingredients.
